Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Store Card: Club Card Wallet Android application ("Store Card" or the "App") provided by devbears ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the App and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms. You must not misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to infringe others' rights.
Third-party cards and services
Store Card is not sponsored by or affiliated with the merchants, loyalty programs, or other organizations whose cards or marks may be used with the App unless expressly stated. Your participation in a third-party program remains subject to that provider's terms. The App may use or link to third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Their separate terms and policies may apply.
Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, billing and payment processing are handled by Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Refunds are governed by applicable law and Google Play's policies. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertising. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for transactions between you and advertisers.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of information you enter or provide through the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that information. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The App, excluding your content and third-party materials, is owned by or licensed to devbears and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on an Android device for its intended purpose.
Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. Features may change and may not always be available. You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchant acceptance of any displayed card, or preservation of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, devbears will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from the App. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where devbears is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
