Privacy Policy
devbears ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Store Card: Club Card Wallet Android application ("Store Card" or the "App"). This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
- App activity and device information: app interactions, device and operating-system information, app version, approximate location derived from an IP address, and identifiers may be processed for analytics, advertising, security, and fraud prevention.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information, and related technical details may be processed to identify and fix reliability problems.
- Advertising information: advertising identifiers, IP address, interactions with ads, and device information may be processed to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
- Purchase information: subscription or in-app purchase status, product identifiers, transaction information, and an anonymous or developer-provided app user identifier may be processed to validate purchases, provide entitlements, prevent fraud, and analyze subscription performance. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Communications: if you contact us, we process your email address and the information you choose to provide so we can respond.
Services that process information
We use Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob), Google Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics in the Android App. Firebase Analytics automatically processes app-usage events and related device information; the initial App version does not define custom analytics events. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and related diagnostics. RevenueCat may be added only when enabled and described in an updated version of this policy. These providers process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy notices:

Purposes and legal bases
We process information to operate and secure the App, provide paid features, diagnose problems, understand and improve usage, communicate with you, comply with law, and show and measure ads. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. You may withdraw consent through the App's privacy choices or applicable device settings without affecting processing already carried out.
Advertising and consent choices
Where required, the App will ask for consent before using device storage or personal data for advertising and will provide a way to revisit privacy choices. You can also manage ad personalization or reset/delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Sharing
We may share information with the service providers listed above, with authorities when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising-related processing may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some laws; where applicable, we will provide required opt-out choices.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention periods may also be controlled by our service providers. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
International transfers
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this policy as the App or applicable law changes. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
